We have a Liberal Returns Policy

  • You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days, in case you do not like it for any reasons.
  • Any product purchased during clearance sales or discount offers, will not be eligible for return.
  • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.

How to send the returns?

  • You must send us a written request via email at [email protected] with following below mentioned details:
    • Order Number
    • Product code
    • Reason for returning the product
    • Photo of the product which you intend to deliver back to us.
    • Customer will pay for the return shipping.
  • If you have any questions or clarification you can contact our customer support, we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.
  • Customer will pay the return shipping cost.

Terms and Conditions

  • We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.
  • Returns would not be accepted for Boutique (Design it Yourself) products, custom made / stitched clothing, including ready-made stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any fault from our end.
  • We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • We would not accept returns of any product, that was bought during a discount sale or an offer.
  • All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
  • Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Refund on Returns

  • We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • There is an admin / credit card commission cost of 10% of the final order value (5% while accepting and 5% while refunding if refund is issued back to the credit card). If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.
  • For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
  • In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
