These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our online website (Glameve.com), Customer Support and Stores to place orders for items from Glameve. By ordering/purchasing goods from www.Glameve.com, it is implied that you have understood and accepted the mentioned terms. All the calls made to www.glameve.com may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes as a part of our efforts to improve service to our customers. We may contact you for marketing purposes by email, messages and calls with our upcoming product offers.
- Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those products to you.
- An offer is made when you place the order for your products. However, we will not have made a contract with you until we accept your offer (see point 5 below).
- We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You may choose to accept a full refund or a 100% redeemable Gift Voucher or an alternate product of your choice. In case of any price difference it would be refunded or charged post your confirmation.
- Ensure you enter a correct email address and we would send you an order acknowledgement email and order update email(s).
- Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the products you have ordered are dispatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address you have given us. It does not take place until that stage, even though we may have debited your card (see 3 above) or we have sent acknowledgement emails (see 4 above).
- The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the products.
- All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 5 above of these terms and conditions.
- Our website is secured by SSL (same security as used by Banks).
- We accept all major credit cards / debit cards and Paypal.
- For security purposes your billing name and address must match that of the Credit/Debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not match this criteria.
- The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For all shipments to USA, UK, Europe and Canada taxes and custom duties are included in the price. For shipments to other countries tax and customs duty are required to be paid by the customers. The same is explained in International delivery clause.
- A shipping charge will be applied at checkout, unless stated in any promotional offer.
- Estimates of shipping charges are an approximation of charges to you, and they are based on the anticipated amount to be paid to shippers. It is possible that the amount may vary based on the package weight, dimensions, destination etc., For compliance of customs law for various countries and to avoid hassle for duties to you, we provide a minimum dollar / pound for each free product which is being shipped along with your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship to all of India, USA, and Canada at this time and will be expanding to other parts of the world soon. Please stay tuned for updates. Please see our Shipping Policy for the country list and prices.
- Standard Shipping charges apply per item at US $ 9.95.
- Free Shipping is available on orders US $ 200 and above.
- The product delivery time frame is between 7-10 business days from the day of dispatch.
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances.
- Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Glameve.com & refund would only be in the form of credit voucher code.
- You can email us at [email protected] for any cancellation request. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
- Products ordered during our any promotional or sale events cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.
FABRIC, EMBROIDERY, FIT & FINISH QUALITY
- We strive to provide a delightful customer experience and to that effect we provide you with the best quality products which will surpass your expectations.
- Colors may vary between the picture and actual product. This is usually because of monitor resolution or variances.
- The image shown is a shot from the master piece and we always ensure we send you the exact shown colored product with the same workmanship and prints.
- Products with dyeing work may have slight color variations because of manual dyeing process.
- Jewelry & other accessories in picture is only for photoshoot purpose and is not included with the product unless specified otherwise.

ORDER DELAY / CANCELLATIONS DUE TO DELAY
- Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval on this matter. This may result in your order getting delayed.
- Incase our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided is not right or if there is a variation then we may approach you to cross check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may delay an order.
- At any point in time, during the garment construction process it cannot be canceled.
- A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for future purchase OR refund in your bank account & Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
- During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns may be slightly delayed.
- At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
